The Centered Path is founded out of a deep commitment to personal and and relational growth-oriented psychotherapy. This work is not just my profession, but a vocation rooted in connection, presence, and a respect for the complexity of human experience.

Anna Tivade, LCSW

For over sixteen years, I’ve worked from a family-systems perspective, accompanying individuals as they navigate personal growth and life’s transitions.

Both my personal and professional life have been shaped by close attention to family relationships and the ways anxiety, stress, and patterns of connection move through them over time.

I devote my work as a healer to supporting the emotional and relational health of individuals and families to help cultivate long-term wellbeing.
